Ingredients:

  • Big Mountain Foods Veggie Links (Big Brat Links, Spinach & Fava Feta Veggie Links, Fiesta Veggie Links)
  • Your favorite hotdog buns

Toppings (choose your favorites):

  • Vegan Sriracha Mayo
  • Nori (seaweed sheets, cut into thin strips)
  • Mustard
  • Crispy Shallots
  • Pickled Onions
  • Vegan Cheese (shredded or slices)
  • Smashed Avocados
  • Lime Juice
  • Lions Mane Mushroom Crumble Chili
  • Kimchi

Start by preparing the Big Mountain Foods Veggie Links according to the package instructions. Typically, this involves grilling them on medium-high heat for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until they are heated through and have nice grill marks.

While the veggie links are grilling, prepare your toppings. If you are using nori, cut the sheets into thin strips. If you are using vegan cheese, shred or slice it as needed. For the smashed avocados, scoop out the avocado flesh into a bowl, add a squeeze of lime juice, and mash with a fork until smooth.
