Ingredients

  • 2 cups cubbed pineapple⁠
  • 1 block cubbed Big Mountain Smoked Soy-Free Tofu⁠
  • 1 tbsp oil⁠
  • 1/4 cup lime juice⁠
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced⁠
  • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro⁠
  • 1 1/2 tsp chili powder⁠
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika⁠
  • Salt & pepper⁠

Recipe Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients except for the pineapple and tofu.
  2. Soak cubbed tofu in marinade for a few hours or overnight.
  3. Skewer marinated tofu and pineapple. Brush with marinade.
  4. Grill and enjoy!
