a sweet and savory twist to our Smoked Tofu
Ingredients
- 2 cups cubbed pineapple
- 1 block cubbed Big Mountain Smoked Soy-Free Tofu
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 1 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt & pepper
Recipe Preparation
- Combine all ingredients except for the pineapple and tofu.
- Soak cubbed tofu in marinade for a few hours or overnight.
- Skewer marinated tofu and pineapple. Brush with marinade.
- Grill and enjoy!
