Ingredients

  • 1 Block of Big Mountain Foods Soy-Free Tofu
  • ½ cup rice flour
  • ½ cup Water
  • ½ cup bread crumbs (gluten-free if needed)
  • 4 tbsp of garlic powder
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp soy sauce (or soy sauce alternative)
  • ½ tbsp sugar

Recipe Preparation

  1. Slice the tofu into 3 pieces then dry the tofu using table cloth
  2. Mix garlic powder, dash of salt, and pepper, then coat each piece of tofu
  3. Get a small bowl add the rice flour and water mix it well
  4. Coat the slice tofu with the batter that you made and drop it into the bread crumbs and make sure all sides are coated
  5. Deep fry with vegetable oil until golden brown or spray some oil and air fry the tofu for 9 minutes flip it half way through
  6. Mix the ketchup, Worcestershire, soy sauce, and sugar in one small bowl for the sauce
  7. Serve with rice with a sprinkle of furikake
  8. Enjoy!
