Ingredients
- 1 Block of Big Mountain Foods Soy-Free Tofu
- ½ cup rice flour
- ½ cup Water
- ½ cup bread crumbs (gluten-free if needed)
- 4 tbsp of garlic powder
- ¼ cup ketchup
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp soy sauce (or soy sauce alternative)
- ½ tbsp sugar
Recipe Preparation
- Slice the tofu into 3 pieces then dry the tofu using table cloth
- Mix garlic powder, dash of salt, and pepper, then coat each piece of tofu
- Get a small bowl add the rice flour and water mix it well
- Coat the slice tofu with the batter that you made and drop it into the bread crumbs and make sure all sides are coated
- Deep fry with vegetable oil until golden brown or spray some oil and air fry the tofu for 9 minutes flip it half way through
- Mix the ketchup, Worcestershire, soy sauce, and sugar in one small bowl for the sauce
- Serve with rice with a sprinkle of furikake
- Enjoy!
