Ingredients
- 1 pack Big Mountain Smoked Soy-Free Tofu
- 1 garlic clove
- 4 green onions
- 1 scotch bonnet (seeded)
- juice + zest of 1 lime
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1 1/2 tsp all spice
- 2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Recipe Procedure
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor (except tofu) until a paste is formed.
- Coat tofu evenly and let sit for a few hours or overnight before grilling.
