Ingredients
- CHILI INGREDIENTS
- Onion 115 grams
- 40g Garlic
- 2 tbsp Chili Powder
- 2 tbsp Chipotle in Adobo Sauce
- 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 8 oz. peeled Can Tomatoes
- ¾ package Lion’s Mane Mushroom Crumble
- SANDWICH INGREDIENTS
- Hotdog Buns of your choice

Recipe Preparation
- Cut the onion into small dice.
- Chop the garlic into brunoise.
- Get one non stick pan heat the pan into medium heat put 1 tablespoon of olive oil put the onion and sauté for 1 min and add the garlic sauté for another minute.
- Add the chipotle adobo sauce then add the cocoa powder and chili powder mix it for one minute.
- Add the peeled can tomatoes, mix for one minute then add the mushroom crumble put the heat on low fire and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Remove from the heat rest for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Top cooked hotdogs in buns with chili mix.
