A tasty marinade made with spicy gochujang. Perfect to add a kick of flavour to your tofu.


  • 2 tbsp Gochujang
  • 1 tbsp of Tamari
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 clove of Garlic or 1 tbsp of Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp of Water
  • 1 tsp of Sugar

Recipe Preparation

  1. Cut the tofu into cubes.
  2. Mix all of the ingredients together in one bowl.
  3. Put the tofu cubes in a zip lock and add the marinade mixture.
  4. Let it sit for three to four hours or overnight.
