Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Gochujang
- 1 tbsp of Tamari
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 clove of Garlic or 1 tbsp of Garlic Powder
- 1 tbsp of Water
- 1 tsp of Sugar
Recipe Preparation
- Cut the tofu into cubes.
- Mix all of the ingredients together in one bowl.
- Put the tofu cubes in a zip lock and add the marinade mixture.
- Let it sit for three to four hours or overnight.
