Elevate this classic holiday side with our easy, mouthwatering, creamy tofu sauce
Ingredients
Carrots
- 2 bunches carrots (about 12 carrots)
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp tamari
- Pinch of salt and pepper
Tofu Sauce
- pack Big Mountain Soy-Free Tofu
- 2 tbsp Siete Habenero Sauce (or hot sauce of choice)
- 1 clove garlic
- 3 tbsp oil
- Salt and pepper
Recipe Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Cut carrots in half lengthwise then toss in oil, tamari, salt and pepper. Bake for 35 minutes or until tender
- While carrots bake, blend all sauce ingredients
- To serve, spread sauce evenly on plate and top with roast carrots. Garnish with fresh herbs
