  • 1 block Big Mountain Soy-Free Tofu
  • ⅓ cup White Vinegar
  • ½ cup hot Water
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Oregano (or Thyme)
  • Orange Zest (optional)
  • Olives (optional)
  • Dehydrated Red Peppers (optional)

Recipe Preparation

  1. Cut tofu block into strips then tear into cubes.
  2. Place tofu cubes into combined Brine Solution and soak for 24 hours.
  3. Strain tofu then marinade in olive oil and oregano or thyme. Add in orange zest, olives, or peppers if desired.
