Our Soy-Free Tofu is easily transformed into a tasty and healthy feta alternative!
Ingredients
- 1 block Big Mountain Soy-Free Tofu
- BRINE SOLUTION
- ⅓ cup White Vinegar
- ½ cup hot Water
- 1 tbsp Salt
- MARINADE
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Oregano (or Thyme)
- Orange Zest (optional)
- Olives (optional)
- Dehydrated Red Peppers (optional)
Recipe Preparation
- Cut tofu block into strips then tear into cubes.
- Place tofu cubes into combined Brine Solution and soak for 24 hours.
- Strain tofu then marinade in olive oil and oregano or thyme. Add in orange zest, olives, or peppers if desired.
