Ingredients

  • 1 Bag Tortilla Chips
  • 1 box Big Mountain Grounds of choice
  • 1 cup cheese
  • creamy hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Recipe Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. On a parchment lined baking sheet, spread an even layer of tortilla chips.
  3. Top with crumbled Big Mountain Cauli Crumble or Mushroom Crumble, then a layer of cheese.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes, or until cheese is fully melted.
  5. Remove from oven the drizzle with creamy hot sauce, and fresh cilantro.
