Pea protein, Water, Coconut oil, Smoked soy-free tofu (Fava beans, Water, Sea salt, Calcium sulphate, Smoke), Cold-pressed Sunflower oil, Flavor, Sodium alginate, Rice flour, Spice, Green bell pepper, Red bell pepper,  Carrots, Salt, Pea fibre, Garlic powder, Onion powder, Citrus fibre, Spinach.

HOW TO PREPARE

Remove from plastic. Heat it to 160° F (71° C) minimum before consuming. Add to any recipe that will be cooked, or heat it on its own. 

To pan-fry, cook in lightly oiled pan, medium heat, for 2-5 minutes. If kept frozen thaw before cooking
