A Big Mountain favourite - not only delicious, but also high in protein and nutrients - this chocolate mousse is rich and creamy and doesn't taste like tofu

Add a protein kick to dessert with our Soy-Free Tofu


  • 3.5 oz. (100 g) roughly chopped Dark Chocolate
  • 1 package (12 oz.-340 g) Big Mountain Soy-Free Tofu
  • 3 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • ¼ cup Oat Milk
  • 3 tbsp of Cocoa Powder
  • Chocolate Shavings
  • Raspberries
  • Blackberries
  • Fresh mint

Recipe Preparation

  1. Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring each time, until the chocolate is melted.
  2. Place the Big Mountain tofu and maple syrup in a food processor and blend until very smooth. Add the melted chocolate, cocoa powder, oat milk and blend until well combined.
  3. Scoop the mixture into ramekins or glasses, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. To serve, garnish with chocolate shavings, raspberries, blackberries and a sprig of fresh mint.
  5. Leftovers will keep in the fridge for up to 3-4 days.
