Ingredients
- 2 tbsp of Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp of Sugar
- ½ tsp of Salt
- ½ tsp of Pepper
- 1 tsp of Sesame Oil
- 1 tsp of Sesame Seeds
- 2 cloves of Garlic or 2 tbsp of Garlic Powder
- 1 stalk of Leeks
- 1 tsp of Koch’u karu
- 1 pack of Big Mountain Food Soy-Free Tofu
Recipe Preparation
- Cut the tofu into cubes.
- Mix all of the ingredients together in one bowl.
- Put the tofu cubes in a ziplock and add the marinade mixture.
- Let it sit for three to four hours or overnight.
