A spicy tofu marinade to add bold flavour to your favourite Big Mountain Soy-Free Tofu! Serve with rice or noodles for a more filling meal.


  • 2 tbsp of Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp of Sugar
  • ½ tsp of Salt
  • ½ tsp of Pepper
  • 1 tsp of Sesame Oil
  • 1 tsp of Sesame Seeds
  • 2 cloves of Garlic or 2 tbsp of Garlic Powder
  • 1 stalk of Leeks
  • 1 tsp of Koch’u karu
  • 1 pack of Big Mountain Food Soy-Free Tofu

Recipe Preparation

  1. Cut the tofu into cubes.
  2. Mix all of the ingredients together in one bowl.
  3. Put the tofu cubes in a ziplock and add the marinade mixture.
  4. Let it sit for three to four hours or overnight.
