  • 1 pack Big Mountain Foods Soy Free Tofu
  • ½ cup coconut oil (if solid heat to liquify)
  • ½ lemon juiced
  • 4 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 3-4 chives, finely chopped (dried is also ok)
  • 1 pack Big Mountain Mama Mia Sausage
  • Your favourite pizza dough

Recipe Preparation

For the cheese

  1. Tear tofu into pieces and add with all other ingredients except chives to a food processor and blend until smooth
  2. Remove mixture to a serving bowl or storage container and fold in chives
  3. Using a spoon or spatula smooth surface to fill any air pockets or space between mixture and bottom/sides of bowl
  4. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or ideally, overnight

For the pizza

  1. Follow the instructions on your pre-made pizza dough or make it from scratch
  2. Add your favourite tomato sauce
  3. Add sliced Mama Mia Sausage
  4. Add spoonfuls of the cheese
  5. Add any other veggies or toppings you love!
  6. Bake in the oven according to pizza dough instructions or until fully cooked
  7. Enjoy!
