Ingredients
- 1 pack Big Mountain Foods Soy Free Tofu
- ½ cup coconut oil (if solid heat to liquify)
- ½ lemon juiced
- 4 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 3-4 chives, finely chopped (dried is also ok)
- 1 pack Big Mountain Mama Mia Sausage
- Your favourite pizza dough
Recipe Preparation
For the cheese
- Tear tofu into pieces and add with all other ingredients except chives to a food processor and blend until smooth
- Remove mixture to a serving bowl or storage container and fold in chives
- Using a spoon or spatula smooth surface to fill any air pockets or space between mixture and bottom/sides of bowl
- Refrigerate at least 4 hours or ideally, overnight
For the pizza
- Follow the instructions on your pre-made pizza dough or make it from scratch
- Add your favourite tomato sauce
- Add sliced Mama Mia Sausage
- Add spoonfuls of the cheese
- Add any other veggies or toppings you love!
- Bake in the oven according to pizza dough instructions or until fully cooked
- Enjoy!
