Viral Hot Honey Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Mushroom Protein Crumbles
  • 3 medium sweet potatoes
  • oil of choice
  • 1 pack taco seasoning
  • 3 avocados
  • Hot Honey (we used Mindful FÜD)
  • Yogurt (we used Yoggu!)

Recipe Preparation

  1. Peel, then cube sweet potato. Toss in 1 tbsp oil. Roast at 400f for 35-40 minutes until tender, flipping halfway through.
  2. Toss crumble in taco seasoning. Pan fry with a bit of oil for a few minutes until heated through, or air fry for added crunch and texture.
  3. Assemble to serve. Divide sweet potato and crumble amongst 6 bowls. Slice avocado and divide evenly. Dollop 1/4c of Yoggu on each plate (or as desired). Drizzle with Hot Honey.
  4. Enjoy!
