- 1 pack Soy Free Tofu cut into cubes
- 1 tsp each salt & pepper
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp black salt
- 2 tbsp of pickle juice
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp of chopped dill pickles, chopped
- 1 tbsp red onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp celery, chopped
- 1 tbsp italian parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tbsp of regular mustard
Recipe Preparation
- Mix together thoroughly and use in your favourite sandwich or with some lettuce.
