Ingredients

  • 1 pack Soy Free Tofu cut into cubes
  • 1 tsp each salt & pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp black salt
  • 2 tbsp of pickle juice
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp of chopped dill pickles, chopped
  • 1 tbsp red onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp celery, chopped
  • 1 tbsp italian parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tbsp of regular mustard

Recipe Preparation

  1. Mix together thoroughly and use in your favourite sandwich or with some lettuce.
