Ingredients

  • 1 pack of Big Mountain Foods Soy-Free Tofu⁠
  • 1 pack of Siete Seasoning (or other taco seasoning) ⁠
  • 1 bag of tortilla chips⁠
  • 1-2 bag of vegan cheese⁠ (Mozzarella / Cheddar)
  • 1 can of black beans⁠
  • 1 bundle of cilantro ⁠
    • guacamole and salsa⁠

Recipe Preparation

  1. Shred Big Mountain Soy-Free Tofu with a grater into a bowl. Add seasoning and pan fry until cooked. ⁠
  2. On a sheet tray or plate, layer chips and your favourite cheese
  3. Add the tofu, beans, and any other topping
  4. Bake in the oven 350 degrees for around 10 minutes or cheese is melted
  5. Add fresh cilantro on top
