Ingredients
- 1 pack of Big Mountain Foods Soy-Free Tofu
- 1 pack of Siete Seasoning (or other taco seasoning)
- 1 bag of tortilla chips
- 1-2 bag of vegan cheese (Mozzarella / Cheddar)
- 1 can of black beans
- 1 bundle of cilantro

- guacamole and salsa
Recipe Preparation
- Shred Big Mountain Soy-Free Tofu with a grater into a bowl. Add seasoning and pan fry until cooked.
- On a sheet tray or plate, layer chips and your favourite cheese
- Add the tofu, beans, and any other topping
- Bake in the oven 350 degrees for around 10 minutes or cheese is melted
- Add fresh cilantro on top
