Soy-free Tofu is an incredibly versatile ingredient that can be crumbled, baked, fried, and more, adding a delicious plant-based protein to any dish. Did we say it's also soy-free?
Ingredients
- 1 pack of Big Mountain Foods Soy-Free Tofu
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- 3 tbsp vegan basil pesto
Recipe Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Into a medium size mixing bowl, crumble the tofu
- Add olive oil and toss to coat
- Add garlic powder, ground black pepper, sea salt and toss again to evenly distribute seasonings
- Mix in pesto and distribute evenly
- Onto a parchment lined baking sheet, arrange tofu in an even layer
- Bake in preheated oven 40 minutes, gently stirring halfway through cooking time
- Remove from oven and serve warm, room temperature, or chilled
