Ingredients

  • 2 blocks of Big Mountain Foods Soy-Free Tofu (Smoked / Regular / Baked Sriracha)
  • 1 Nori sheet
  • Corn starch for coating
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 1 garlic
  • 1/2 yellow onion
  • 1/2 whole red pepper
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp chili crunch

RECIPE PREPARATION

  1. Cut tofu into 1 cm squares and then press your nori strips onto your tofu
  2. Coat the tofu in corn starch
  3. Bring a large pan to medium/high heat and fry tofu until crispy or until golden yellow, then leave aside
  4. Sauté your minced garlic, onion, and red pepper
  5. Add your sauce mixture of soy sauce, maple syrup, and chili crunch, and let it simmer for 30 seconds
  6. Serve as is or with rice, noodles, whatever you’d like! Enjoy :)
