You can use the Original Soy-Free Tofu or the Smoked Soy-Free Tofu depending on your preference. Enjoy your high protein sliders in the summer with your favourite sides.
Ingredients
- 1 Block of Big Mountain Foods Baked Sriracha Fava Tofu
- 2 tbsp of soy sauce (or soy sauce alternative)
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 2 tablespoon cornstarch
RECIPE PREPARATION
- Preheat your air fryer to 350 degrees
- Cut your tofu into sizes that fit your slider buns
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, maple syrup, and corn starch
- Coat your slices of tofu in the sauce
- Place your tofu in the air fryer for around 12 minutes
- Add any extra condiments that you love and make your perfect slider with this flavourful block of tofu!
