  • 1 Block of Big Mountain Foods Baked Sriracha Fava Tofu
  • 2 tbsp of soy sauce (or soy sauce alternative)
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoon cornstarch


  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350 degrees
  2. Cut your tofu into sizes that fit your slider buns
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, maple syrup, and corn starch
  4. Coat your slices of tofu in the sauce
  5. Place your tofu in the air fryer for around 12 minutes
  6. Add any extra condiments that you love and make your perfect slider with this flavourful block of tofu!
