Ingredients

  • 1 pack of Big Mountain Foods Soy Free Tofu
  • 4 cloves of Garlic or 3 tbsp of Garlic Powder
  • 4 tbsp of Tamari
  • 2 tbsp of Vinegar
  • 1 tsp of Chilli Flakes
  • 1 tsp of Black Pepper mesh
  • 1 piece of Bay Leaf
  • ⅛ tsp of Salt

RECIPE PREPARATION

  1. Cut the tofu into cubes
  2. Mix all of the ingredients together in one bowl
  3. Put the tofu cubes in an airtight zip lock bag and add the marinade mixture
  4. Let it marinate for 3-4 hours, ideally overnight
  5. Put oil in a pan and pan fry for about 3-5 minutes
  6. Serve over freshly cooked rice, top with chopped green onions (optional) and serve
  7. Enjoy!
