Prime Veggie Burger Shawarma Fattoush Nachos

Burger patty as crispy shawarma-style crumble over crunchy pita chips, chopped salad, pickles, herbs, and creamy tahini. Big shareable energy, very colourful, very snackable.

  • 2 Prime Veggie Burger patties
  • 3 cups pita chips or torn toasted pita
  • 1 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1 cup chopped tomato or cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced radish
  • 1/2 cup pickled red onion or quick pickled turnips
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped mint
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Lemon wedges

Tahini Drizzle

  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 small garlic clove, grated
  • 2 to 4 tbsp warm water
  • Salt to taste
  1. Cook the Prime Veggie Burger patties until browned, then chop or crumble into crispy pieces.
  2. Toss the crumbled or chopped burger with cumin, smoked paprika, cinnamon, and a squeeze of lemon.
  3. Spread pita chips on a platter.
  4. Layer with cucumber, tomato, radish, pickled onion, herbs, and warm Prime Burger crumble.
  5. Whisk together tahini drizzle ingredients until creamy.
  6. Finish with tahini, extra lemon, and more herbs.
