  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Neutral oil for pan-frying
  • 1/2 cucumber, finely julienned
  • 1/2 ripe pear, finely julienned
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp vegan mayo or spicy mayo
