- 1 pack Fava Feta cheese
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- sea salt
Recipe Preparation
- Prep the vegetables, cut, and combine.
- Season with salt, pour the olive oil, vinegar, and toss everything together
- Serve with feta cheese, and a drizzle of olive oil and oregano
- Serve with pita or any crust bread on the side
