
Water, Carrots, Pea protein, Sunflower oil, Black lentils, Mushrooms (lion's mane, white button, shiitake), Fava beans, Garlic, Onion, Grape puree, Hemp seeds, Seasoning (sea salt, dehydrated toasted onion, dehydrated garlic, dehydrated onion, spice, spice extract), Tomato paste, Coconut aminos (organic reduced-sugar fermented coconut sap, unrefined sea salt), Paprika, Sunflower seeds, Natural Flavour.
Remove from plastic. Heat to 160° F (71° C) minimum before consuming. Add to any recipe that will be cooked, or heat it on its own. To pan-fry, cook in a lightly oiled pan, medium heat, for 2–5 minutes. To microwave, place in a microwave-safe dish and heat on high for 90 seconds or until hot. If kept frozen, thaw before cooking.
