Gravy: Water, Mushrooms, Coconut aminos (organic reduced-sugar fermented coconut sap, unrefined sea salt), Celery, Onions, Carrots, High oleic Cold-pressed Sunflower oil, Corn starch, Grape puree, Sea salt, Natural flavour, Dehydrated garlic, Dried thyme.
The roast must be cooked before serving. Remove the roast from the plastic packaging and place on a parchment lined baking pan. The Roast can be cooked from frozen or refrigerated. Bake at 350ºF (175ºC) for 45-50 minutes (60-70 minutes if cooking from frozen) until the internal temperature reaches 165ºF (75ºC) on an instant read thermometer. For the best taste experience, serve immediately while hot with the Big Mountain Gravy. To heat the gravy, open the gravy package and transfer the contents to a small pot. Heat over low heat, stirring frequently, until the gravy comes to a boil. Thin out with water if desired.
For an even better roast experience, make a glaze of 2 tsp (10 mL) neutral flavoured oil and 2 tsp (10 mL) soy sauce or soy sauce substitute of your choice. Brush the roast with the mixture immediately after removing from the oven.
