INGREDIENTS

Fava Beans, Pea Starch, Pea Fiber, Organic Red Pepper, Green Peas, Natural Flavor, High Oleic Cold-pressed Sunflower Oil, Carrots, Sunflower Seeds, Organic Coconut Oil,  Seasoning (salt, organic cane sugar, dehydrated onion, dehydrated garlic, tomato powder, spices, paprika), Organic Chia Seeds.

HOW TO PREPARE

Remove the veggie patty from the packaging. Heat it to 160°F (71°C) before consuming.

To cook in a skillet, preheat a lightly oiled pan over medium heat. Add the patty and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and heated through.

To cook on a grill, preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grates, then add the patty and grill for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until grill marks appear and the patty is heated through.

Please note: If cooking from frozen, thaw the patty in the refrigerator or microwave before cooking. Once thawed, do not refreeze. Enjoy your delicious and nutritious veggie patty in your favorite burger or sandwich recipe!
