INGREDIENTS

Fava Beans, Water, Calcium Sulphate, Sea Salt, Korean BBQ Sauce (water, organic canesugar, fancy molasses, coconut aminos [organic fermented coconut sap, sea salt], corn starch, garlic, pears, sugar, dates, tomato paste, apple cider vinegar, rice vinegar, gochugaru, nutritional yeast, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, white vinegar, ginger powder, citric acid, ascorbic acid, red beet powder).

HOW TO PREPARE

PREPARING YOUR TOFU (HEATING INSTRUCTIONS)

Remove the tofu from the packaging and drain any excess liquid. Cut the tofu into desired size and shape for your recipe. The tofu can be consumed raw.

To fry the tofu, heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add a small amount of oil. Add the tofu and cook for 3-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.

To bake the tofu, preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly oil a baking sheet and place the tofu on the sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping the tofu once halfway through cooking, until golden brown.

To grill the tofu, brush with oil and place on a hot grill for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until grill marks appear.

Please note:  DO NOT FREEZE THIS PRODUCT.
