But like the story of Goldilocks, it should be not too soggy, not too crispy, it needs to be slightly soft with some nice toasty edges on top and tastes just right.   • 1 Package of Super food Brekkie Links
  • 1 280 gram package of bread crumbs
  • 1 Cup (250ml) Celery
  • 1 Cup (250ml) Onion
  • 1 Can of mushrooms
  • 2 cups Apple juice
  • ½ cup Butter (vegan)
  • 2 tsp Sage
  • 2 tsp Thyme
  • 2 tsp Rosemary
  • Salt & Pepper
  1. In a large Saucepan, melt ½ cup of butter on medium heat, and sauté onions and celery for only a few min.
  2. Place the bread cubes into a large bowl combining the butter and onions.
  3. Stir in the apple juice
  4. Then canned mushrooms (the juice is important for moisture and taste)
  5. Dice the Superfoods Brekkie Link into small pieces and add to the bowl.
  6. Finish by adding Sage, Thyme, Rosemary, Salt & Pepper.
  7. Place all the mixed ingredients into a buttered casserole dish.
  8. Bake for 35 min on 350 degrees and let rest for 10 min.
