Superfood Breakfast Sandwich
 
Ingredients
  • English Muffin
  • 1 package of Superfood Patty
  • Avocado
  • Tomato
  • Vegan Cheddar Cheese
  • Spinach
  • Sea Salt
Instructions
  1. Place cheese on one side of the English muffin.
  2. Place on baking pan and put in oven on broil for 5-6 minutes.
  3. Pan fry Superfood Patty for 5-6 minutes on lightly oiled pan.
  4. In a bowl Smash one avocado with a pinch of Sea Salt.
  5. Layer bare side of English muffin with Avocado, Tomato, Superfood Patty & Spinach.
  6. Place sandwich together & enjoy!!
