Superfood Breakfast McMuffin
What better way then to start your day with this simple but delicious concoction!
- English Muffin
- Superfood Pattie's
- Daiya Cheddar Cheese
- Sea Salt
- Place cheese on one side of the English muffin.
- Place on baking pan and put in oven on broil for 5-6 minutes.
- Pan fry Superfood Patty for 5-6 minutes on lightly oiled pan.
- In a bowl Smash one avocado with a pinch of Sea Salt.
- Layer bare side of English muffin with Avocado, Tomato, Superfood Patty & Spinach.
- Place sandwich together & enjoy!!
