The Big Brat Veggie Link Skillet
  • 1 Package of Big Brat Veggie Links
  • 2 Pounds of Brussels Sprouts
  • ½ Medium Onion
  • 1 Lemon
  • ⅓ Cup Olive Oil
  • ½ Cup Vegan Parmesan Cheese
  • Salt & Pepper
  1. Preheat the oven to 400F.
  2. Wash and cut brussels sprouts in half placing them in a bowl or bag.
  3. Dice half the onion
  4. Squeeze in the lemon
  5. Adding the olive oil and toss.
  6. Place on a baking sheet
  7. Add Salt and Pepper
  8. Place in oven for 20 min
  9. Slice the Big Brat Veggie Links into 1 inch pieces
  10. min later… remove the brussels sprouts from the oven, give them a toss as you add in the chunks of Big Brat Veggie links.
  11. Sprinkle some vegan parmesan and then back in the oven!
  12. Bake another 10-15 min or until you’ve achieved the browning and crispness you like.
  13. Serve these warm, and ENJOY!
