Easy Peasy Plant Based Perogies
 
Perogies are always a good idea - especially when they're plant based!
Ingredients
  • Cauli Crumble
  • Vegan Perogies
  • Green Onion
  • Vegan Sour Cream
Instructions
  1. Fry Cauli Crumble with 1 tbsp oil for 8-10 minutes until crisp.
  2. Set aside
  3. Place Perogies in pan with ½ inches of boiling water.
  4. Perogies will expand and dissolve water after 10 minutes
  5. Add 1 tbsp of oil to pan and fry Perogies approx 5 min per side
  6. Place on plate and layer with Cauli Crumble, Green Onions & Vegan Sour Cream
