Easy Peasy Plant Based Perogies
Perogies are always a good idea - especially when they're plant based!
- Cauli Crumble
- Vegan Perogies
- Green Onion
- Vegan Sour Cream
- Fry Cauli Crumble with 1 tbsp oil for 8-10 minutes until crisp.
- Set aside
- Place Perogies in pan with ½ inches of boiling water.
- Perogies will expand and dissolve water after 10 minutes
- Add 1 tbsp of oil to pan and fry Perogies approx 5 min per side
- Place on plate and layer with Cauli Crumble, Green Onions & Vegan Sour Cream
