Creamy Dill Cauliflower Celery Soup
 
Ingredients
  • 4 Celery Sticks
  • Mighty Mushroom Bites
  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 2 cups Veggie Broth
  • 2 tbsp Vegan Cream Cheese (Miyokos is great)
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Dill
Instructions
  1. Boil Veggie Broth, Cauliflower & Celery in pot for 10 minutes.
  2. Place in Blender.
  3. Add Dill, Cream Cheese, Sea Salt & Black Pepper.
  4. Blend well.
  5. Pan fry Mushroom Bites in oil for 5-7 minutes until crisp on each side.
  6. Dip Bites in soup (amazing).
