Creamy Dill Cauliflower Celery Soup
Ingredients
- 4 Celery Sticks
- Mighty Mushroom Bites
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 2 cups Veggie Broth
- 2 tbsp Vegan Cream Cheese (Miyokos is great)
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 tbsp Dill
Instructions
- Boil Veggie Broth, Cauliflower & Celery in pot for 10 minutes.
- Place in Blender.
- Add Dill, Cream Cheese, Sea Salt & Black Pepper.
- Blend well.
- Pan fry Mushroom Bites in oil for 5-7 minutes until crisp on each side.
- Dip Bites in soup (amazing).
