  • "Live organic foods" Raw Wrap
  • Broccoli crumble
  • Avocado
  • Cucumber
  • Mango
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Coconut Aminos
  • Ginger
  • Sesame oil
  • Sea Salt
  1. - 1 tbsp of water on a medium heat pan.
  2. Place Raw Rap on pan, 30 seconds each side. Set aside
  3. Mix together ¼ cup Coconut Aminos, 1 tbsp sesame oil, ¼ tsp sea salt & 1 tbsp Ginger. Set aside.
  4. - 1 tsp of Avocado Oil on pan at medium heat.
  5. Add Broccoli Crumble to pan.
  6. Add sauce ⅓ cup of sauce.
  7. Cook for 5-7 minutes and remove.
  8. Layer down the middle of the wrap - Avocado, Broccoli Crumble, Cucumber, Mango & Sesame Seeds.
  9. Roll up & slice in half.
