Asian Fusion Crumble Wraps
Gourmet and wholesome wraps your taste buds will enjoy!
- 1 pack of CauliCrumble or Broccoli Crumble
- Flour tortillas, raw wraps, rice paper wraps
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- ¼ cup Coco Aminos or teriyaki sauce
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 2 cups raw kale chopped
- Salt & pepper
- 2 pieces of garlic
- 1 red onion
- ¼ cup shallots
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- Start by pan frying the Crumble with garlic, chopped onion and oil. Once warm and onions are cooked mix in the Coco Aminos and/or teriyaki sauce
- Massage and chop kale, pan fry the kale very gently with oil, salt, pepper and lemon juice not longer than one minute.
- Layer the wraps with Crumble, kale, shredded cabbage, shallots and sauce, Enjoy!
