Mediterranean Wrap
 
Ingredients
  • 4 Veggie Patties
  • 4 Wraps
  • ½ cup hummus
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley
  • 8 ripe olives sliced
  • 1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 small tomatoes, seeded and chopped
  • ½ cup feta cheese crumble
Instructions
  1. Pan fry 4 veggie patties with oil
  2. Spread hummus on the bread to within ½ inch of the edge.
  3. Add parsley, cucumber, olives, tomato, and cheese on top of hummus. 34 Roll up and serve.
