Plant Based Mac & Cheese is ALWAYS a good idea!
- 1 pack Cauli Crumble
- 2 cup Cashews
- 1½ cup Water
- 1-2 Garlic Clove
- 1tsp Salt & Pepper
- 1 lb Quinoa Macaroni
- For Cheesy Cashew Sauce blend together...
- - 2 cup Cashews
- - ½ cup Water
- - 2 Garlic Clove
- - 1 tsp Salt & Pepper
- Quinoa Macaroni
- lb boil for 10 minutes
- Fry Cauli Crumble on medium heat for 5-7 minutes
- Add pasta
- Add cheese sauce (save a little sauce)
- Add Cauli/Pasta Mixture into pan
- Pour remainder of cheese sauce on top
- Layer with 4-6 “Earths Own” Mozzarella slices
- Broil in oven on high for 5-7 min
- Let cool for 10-15 & serve!
