- 1 pack of Big Mountain Foods CauliCrumble Veggie Grounds
- 1 pack of taco seasoning
- Your choice of making a vegan cheeze sauce (google recipes) vegan shreds, or a combination of sharp cheddar and pepper jack shreds. GET CREATIVE!
- One bag of tortilla chips
- ½ cup chopped cilantro
- ½ cup chopped green onion
- ¼ cup chopped jalapenos *optional
- ¼ cup chopped red peppers
- ¼ cup chopped green peppers
- ¼ cup chopped red onion
- ¼ cup black olives* optional
- Start by tossing the CauliCrumble in taco seasoning and oil.
- Layer all ingredients on a non-stick baking pan with tortilla chips
- Bake at 350 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes or until lightly browned
- Serve with your favorite sides!
