- Superfood Bites
- Quesava Wraps
- Tahini Sauce
- Olive Oil
- Place Quesava wrap on dry heated Pan for 1-2 minutes per side.
- Set aside
- Pan fry Superfood Bites w/ 1 tbsp of Olive Oil for 3-5 minutes per side.
- Tahini Sauce : 1 garlic cloves, ½ teaspoon fine sea salt, or to taste, ½ cup well-stirred Tahini (Japanese is best), ⅓ cup fresh lemon juice, ¼ cup water, ¼ cup olive oil.
- Layer wrap w/ Tahini Sauce, Chopped Kale, Sprouts, Tomato & Avocado. Top with Superfood Bites.
- Drizzle more Tahini Sauce if desired.
